What payment options are available?
The following secure payment methods are currently available in my online shop:

All payments are encrypted and processed reliably.
The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Are the products permanently available?
Currently, all items are lovingly selected unique pieces .
Since I am building my shop with a lot of heart and cannot yet maintain a large inventory at the beginning, each product is initially only available in a small quantity or once.
If you've fallen in love with a particular item, you can always write to me using the contact form . Please include the exact item name and, if applicable, the color or variant.
I will gladly check personally whether the item can be made available again and will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do you choose your products?
Quality is my top priority.
I select each product with great love and care – paying attention to comfort, suitability for everyday use and special details.
Many of my jewelry pieces are:
• nickel-free
• waterproof
• skin-friendly and long-lasting
My goal is to offer you absolutely enchanting favorite pieces that not only look beautiful but also feel good.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Please note:
• The cancellation must be declared within 14 days.
• The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged and complete.
• The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not currently possible, as many products are only available once or in very small quantities.
refund
After a cancellation, the purchase price of the product will be refunded to you via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item . The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your order. This way, you always know exactly what costs to expect.
For orders over €60, I offer free shipping within Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Austria.

Which shipping provider is used?
Shipping is handled reliably via a standard shipping provider. The provider is selected based on the order size and shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Because I carefully select my products and offer many items in small quantities, and will primarily order directly from my favorite suppliers for you in the first few months, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks - so that everything can arrive at your home lovingly repackaged.
You will of course be informed as soon as your order has been shipped.
If I have multiple copies of the same product in stock, shipping will of course be faster.

How do I use the shop?
In my shop you can easily browse through the products, select your favorites and add them to your shopping cart.
You don't necessarily need to register to complete an order, but an account makes it easier to track your orders and future purchases.
By creating an account, you can also save your delivery and billing information and receive faster support if needed.
